Coming of age in Michigan at the time of the craft beer renaissance sure had its benefits. For three quarters of The Hop Review, we've been fortunate enough to cut our teeth on beers like Centennial IPA, Red's Rye, and Dirty Bastard. Flash forward 15 years, and Founders Brewing Co. is one of the most respected breweries in the world. We recently sat down with co-founder Dave Engbers and Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki, to discuss what it's meant to maintain the brewery's "Brewed for Us" culture through astronomical growth, why Midwest IPAs are best, and what exactly defines 'fluid suicide.'
